So far, Russia has annexed the Crimean republic and the special city of Sevastopol, but not the entire peninsula. The northern part of the Arabat spit is part of the Kherson oblast and has the villages Shchaslyvtseve and Strilkove.

That's impossible. Not even Saudi Arabia dares to annex any part of Yemen. The UN is still not yet dead. If Russia tries to annex all of Ukraine, there would be WW3.

They want to. Last year, residents even moved border pillar so as to be on the territory of Crimea. But, unfortunately, Kherson region still remains part of the former Ukraine. We hope for the best in future.
