Should Pakistan start international english news channels?

People globally , like Live Reports
Events as they are happening !!!

This is different how media works in Pakistan , In Pakistan they buy footage of news from some place and then they run a debate for 3 hours on topic

Globally people don't care about debate they care about seeing the events with their own eyes !!


Due to Lack of resources the Live "Global" reporting aspect is not present in Pakistani Media and without it global audience does not tunes into any Pakistani Channel

Pakistani news was also being spread thru social media and we have seen the curbs around that already on Twitter , Facebook and other platform where users have reported their accounts being deleted

• AlJazira is a multi billion dollar organization , with a massive budget
• BBC is pretty much a British Intelligence / Mouth piece so fully funded

May be we need Pakistani Correspondents , who do English segments about Kashmir and Pakistan that would be a great start

There are many Pakistani and pro-Pakistani Indian correspondents at the headquarters of TRT World.

We don't need to compete with Aljazeera and I believe we can put something worthwhile and that does the job.

I didn't know Indus news existed until a few weeks ago, though I think its a good start.. problem is if you look at the website, its not frequently updated:

the last sports article for example was on the 30th of July that's pretty much a MONTH!
they need to keep the site updated, or the project will fail, when ever you look for anything Pakistan news related on google, all the links on the first page is usually filled with Indian sources, that's only because they keep updating their BS constantly getting more traffic, which bumps them up on AI of the search engine.

No., channel is not made just for one issue.. there is a need for a dedicated English channel.
