Sheikh Hasina has not met a single envoy in the past 4-5 months. She has decided not to meet any foreign envoys till Covid threat remains.
She has not met Chinese and Pakistani envoys in this 4-5 month period either.

Last time Sheikh Hasina met Indian envoy was in July 2019 and the last time she met Chinese envoy was in June 2019 which means her meeting with Indian envoy is more recent.
She has not met Pak envoy in atleast 3-4 yrs.
