If you want to build a self-contained cricket facility where touring teams can live and practice in, would it not be a perfect opportunity to provide the much needed exposure to a regional town to atttact tourists and businesses?

The priorities in lot of places of the region are so messed up. We need factories, business centers,better commercial spaces etc.... if its sports, best to make some basic training facilities first too (dont take up that much room, and good bang for the buck).

Stadiums, there are enough of them already....just improve the existing ones is enough.
