Looking at this image it seems that SH-15 is under trails by PA.

The image shows PA, PLA and technicians from both Pakistan and China.

Don't know the whole story. The chassis being used is Pakistani I think I have seen it before some where cannot recall but will do if I remember. The gun is from norinco obviously it is written on the poster. Technicians are from both china and Pakistan. What I think is that few time back there was a news of norinco facility in Pakistan and this is the result, this is just opinion not sure thou.
