Sir Days of getting vote on slogans and religion are long gone in India but still slogans are working in Pakistan,you know irrespective of religion and cast everyone wants a full stomach and a peaceful bed time..that is thing which peoples voted for

He has Right to do Politics and as a Politician he is allowed to become PM As many times he wants only if he Get ELECTED. and Government and Judiciary cant Stop him to form his own Party but You are Correct he cant be ELECTED because ECP would Disqualify him due to pending cases but you know Nazarya-e-Zaroorat is Army's Creation and can be INFLUENCE on judiciary if needed.
