I've only been to Karachi and Islamabad. But it seems to me like there are some hurdles for women, but they can be whatever they would like to be. We've even had a female prime minister. I don't think this is a proper ranking. Probably heavily influenced by rumors.

1. how you rate women role in socierty in north /south / and north east india..?
2. why women still need to get her voice heard .. whihc is her right ?
3. how india both urban and rural looks to women wrt to old traditionla role of housewife and working /business woemn ?

--> The main reason lies in the fact that Indian women were not EXPECTED to earn and RUN the family. So, a majority of women restricted themselves to household work (Reasons may be anything from Strict family to disinterest). Out of the few who were working there was only a small percentage who had the HUNGER to grow in their respective field, which resulted in men occupying most of the high level positions.

But in recent times, things have started changing and families want their girl children to work and there is a lot more enthusiasm shown by women to grow in their jobs.

But Hindu Zionists are not letting this happen, hence they are responsible for Pakistan's bad performance in gender inequality index. I think its a bigger conspiracy than it may seem.
