First Pakistani leaders won't give the order as they don't want to annoy their master however if we assume an order is passed, PAF will take so much time in responding that the attacker will laeve our air space as they are also answerable to their master. Furthermore, it requires will and courage which they also lack.

They can shoot down drones, any decent air force can. But the consequences will not be good for pakistan.

Exactly Sir, on the one hand, we vouch for democracy and elect the likes of Zardari and Co. and when the need arises, we expect the armed forces to take unilateral decisions and go gung ho. It's now well known that the PAF had those Choppers in sight but the order from the top was to pull back.
If any thing, the Civilian set up needs a kick on the back side to understand the public out cry. Lest they call it a great victory.

It was sheer spine less military who can only dare to challenge the pilot machine drones..when US enters Pak they keep shut...sovierigity and self respect thrown away by these **** military..what a shame they cannot protect the fellow citizens what happens when they come and seize all the nukes ? Windjammer....therez no point to lift the **** military elites to be super powers...they are all self centered to leach on poor pakistanis...Now they have nothing to boost up their morale among the people..bringing INDIA into everything..this is sheer inferiority complex

Very use full past reminder,
the problem is that India is Pakistan clear enemy and Army need no Order from Govt to Defend against it by any means . But US is our so-called Friend (the worst friend) the day when our GOvt fully accept this .then things may change very much
no it is not that india is enemy and USA is not.
It is being realistic. Can we fight USA?
