In current world scenario, language is not necessary, skill is the only thing that sells. Now, we Pakistanis put all of our attention on language, and skill has no value. You can setup production line of anything, it's a matter of consultancy and investment. Pakistan lacks the basic understanding of things.

Yeah so you see!!!! it is "Khaled"....not "Kahled"
While "Khalid" and "Khaled" are both valid spellings but not "Kahled" ...

They are also into dubious labor practices. In one instance I know of an engineer that did an unpaid internship for 1.5 years in the hope of a job and eventually left.
