The local hospitals should be upgraded, moving patients down the mountains can be of a big inconvenience espeically if they have emergencies.

The girl also has congenital heart diease, China screened all the children in Xinjiang and Tibet for congenital heart disease, those who were found having the problem were sent to big hospitals to have surgeries, Xinjiang has world class hospitals in Urumqi, Tibet doesn't have many top class hospitals so those heart problem kids are usually sent to Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen to get the surgery.

If it's not for propaganda purpose then I applause the effort. You know it's really goddamn easy to win the hearts if China plays smart.

Eleminate the radicals but keep normal people away from it.
Leave them free when they are practising religion unless it's radical.
Don't press on them when they try to keep their Turkic traditions alive.
Uyghurs have to obey Chine law but China should respect them too.
Teach the lessons but don't empose your ideology by force.
Shut off the nazi camps...

I think you are mistaken, the Tajik people in OP video are not Turkic, and they are very patriotic and get along with the government so well, because they herd and guard the Chinese western borders for generations already, they are being called the most patriotic people in China.

Simply because these Tajik people are related to Iranians. They are peaceful and patriotic Chinese citizens.
