Money is what you pay and value is what you get.
Spending millions of dollars on a piece of paper and oil painting is plain stupid.Because it,s not worth it and does not how historic it is still its not equate the value with millions of dollars.It is against the rules of economics.Some people are just crazy....one thing i noticed is that art lovers are often not normal people ,their tastes,dressing and thinking is not from this world.
