Exactly, if they were that strong as they were behaving why not protect those ships with your own navy in the gulf? Why are you asking the importers to protect their ships? If you're not strong, don't jump up and down.

Nope, once the ships leave Saudi waters its the responsibility of the importers..To cross the strait, they pass near Omani waters for getting out and Iranian waters when coming in.. The Hormoz strait as such is considered international waters..
