Specializations.. such as cardio, neuro.. etc.. and off course some endorsements for med reps.
Private practice.. perhaps.. and you will survive fine.

LOL, doctors who will go on 6K SAR will come back soon, as this is nothing in KSA, people who have worked in KSA knows this and i am one of them,

you just cant convert 6K riyals to RS and say its a big salary... ground things are different,
these days in KSA salary around 15K is considered as OK, maybe 2k SAR of savings...

I simply don't understand why people comments in every thing without knowing the facts. In Pakistan we have lack of investment and we are currently producing thousands of Doctors and we don't have jobs to provide them. If we send one doctor for a oversea job then one vacancy will be availible for thousands of doctors so its mean that we will have 1000 vacancies for our new blood and in five year they will be well trained + economy wise will have more remittence for our beloved country. Indian send 36 billion dollar/year alone from GCC countries to their home country and we have to follow same steps. Simple rule one vacancy in oversea's make job for two people one who is going outstation and other who is replacing him
