What's new

Saudi Arabia publicly beheads woman in Mecca

people feel guilty and you are right the ayats you posted tell us we are not supposed to feel guilty. May Allah give us the understanding to follow the Quran and shape our lives according to it. It is not easy to do but one should always strive towards it

on a side note is anyone else facing trouble with the servers or is it only me

Indeed it is a hard challenge in this modern life. May Allah (swt) guide us all indeed.

It's not only you. Same thing happening here again and again. Sometimes makes me write the posts twice. I thought that I was the only one with this problem.

Anyway since I am bedridden with a flu I got plenty of time on my hand. No uni the entire January either.:D

Somehow i feel the mother was falsely accused of the crime and the actual perpetrator is still enjoying life.
This is my personal opinion and may not tally with others.

May no human have to bear such a painful death.

The way i see it, it's a prove Saudi Arabia does have gender equality :d

Just because she was a woman doesn't mean she can't go to trail, sentenced to death and then beheaded according to the country's law like any other man.

Laila Bint Abdul Muttalib Basim of Burmese origin, resided in Saudi Arabia and was convicted of sexual abuse and the murder of her seven year-old step daughter.

^ after reading above a part of me says she deserved it IF she was guilty commiting this henious crime
A LADY OF BURMESE ORIGIN and justice system of SA. we all can imagine how much assistance she must have received during trials.
