No Sir their isn't the moment you say you want to make country for Muslims you would be stupid to assume that question of Islam will never rise. You can't separate both that is not going to happen and never gonna work.

No, I know on the surface both statements appear to be two faces of the same coin but there is a differance, a fundamental differance.

1. To keep it simple a country for "Muslims" will focus on the improvement of "those Muslims" as such that are behind the cause - howsoever defined. . Such a country will in effect focus on the said body of Muslims and extend their social, economic development as it's primary goal. This falls more within the meaning of state as defined by the Westphalian model.

2. However if a country is for "Islam" then it primarily becomes a religious state and citadel of Islam that advances Islam and Islamic cause. In this case it's responsibility is NOT just to the Muslims that live within it's borders but equally also ALL Muslim all over the Islamic world. In this it will proceed and act in the interest of the Islam and the Islamic world. The said state will be as animated as in the cause of all of the Islamic world. One simple corollery of this is every Muslim in the entire Islamic world would have right to move to this state. This could be concieved as a proto caliphate.

Pakistan falls in category 1 however other states like Isreal fall ( for Jews ) in category 2 as you will notice it will allow any Jew from anywhere on earth to move to Isreal. The applicant for Isreali citizenship could be black, white, brown, yellow speak any language be from anywhere and they have to prove is they are Jew and they will be allowed inside.

Pakistan on the other hand does not allow any Muslim from the entire Islamic world to move to Pakistan thus it falls in category 1. I hope you understood my point.

Pakistan is a country created to be the fortress of Islam, only country in the World to do so. If it had been for Muslims only, then why did Jinnah want it to be secular ?

Oh .. It just means we Indians are worthless people. So why are Pakistanis so worried about India after all we are just some bunch of cowardly people. Since Pakistanis fought heroically for freedom it just means the whole of Indian sub Continent belongs to the brave Pakistanis not to cowardly Indians like me who did nothing. I say you Pakistanis must immediately invade India and make it an Islamic land. After all your heroic Muslim league leaders in 1940's wanted to make the newly created Pakistan a platform to destroy the Pagans and wanted to make whole of South Asia Islamic and united as a single entity.
