Evil is everywhere. I remember several years ago there was a tv program (saray am I think) about people who were drugged and kidnapped in Pakistan. Then few days later they woken up with pain on their left or right side discovering that something was missing in their body. All that happened in Pakistan!

Usually the victims were very poor people.

It’s up to us as a State to take strong actions. But what is a State ? Seems unfortunately we don’t know what is a State.
