you are most welcome to do thattime is ripe to kick out the useless and destructive 1st husband. The other more caring and sharing husbands are good enough for India.

Its awful that out of 8 members in SAARC only one nation fails to find $7 million dollars.
Pakistan wants to be treated seriously in this region it needs to stand up and be counted by paying up.
SAARC was set for the south Asian countires to promote trade and regional stability BUT Pakistan seems to want to take part but not pay a penny.
And what are Indian contributions/commitment to Pakistan through SAARC?
If Pakistan pays this contribution, will hebe able to send students there? and what are the living conditions awaiting them there in a declared enemy state by both sides? Does not make sense, does it?
Commitments are made in peace and through peace, when there is conflict they do not hold anymore.. bu you have not answered my question, all that you seem to long for is kicking Pakistan out of SAARC which power is not between your hands.. Pakistan will have nothing to lose if it decides to leave it, not for ~$8 million, but for the principle of logic..You are debating about ROI and if it makes sense or not? That should have been done before you gave a commitment.
Now India a reason to kick Pakistan out of SAARC. Pakistan has to pay and stay put until India finds another reason to kick Pakistan out.

"Pakistan is in SAARC not for cooperating with other South Asian nations but to ensure South Asian nations do not cooperate with India."If Pakistan does not loose anything by being out of SAARC why is it not leaving even after the humiliation of cancelling the SAARC summit in Pakistan? The reason is simple. Pakistan is in SAARC not for cooperating with other South Asian nations but to ensure South Asian nations do not cooperate with India.
Hence India will find every excuse to kick Pakistan out of SAARC which would result in SAARC becoming a functioning organization again.
It is in Pakistan's interest to keep negating all such excuses that India would find. In this case Pakistan has no other option but to pay. Whether Pakistan uses the facilities in India or not is immaterial.
I think if we had promised them, we should live up to the promise and pay...We should fulfill our promise regardless of politics among South Asian nations..
Never vote against Pakistan? Let's recollect why they didn't end up in last saarc meet? Nepal in paticular warned Pakistan on terrorism right before the cancellation of the meet. No one needs to vote you out. Ur just not invited anymore if you don't pay. That's what riot act means.
South Asian Agency for regional cooperation.
Pretty ignorant for a admst.
What is Pakistan?![]()

SAARC is a dead horse and it never had any utility so Pakistan should not a single penny to these idiots...We are part of middle east and establish our relations with nations at our level ... and stay away from idiots
"Pakistan is in SAARC not for cooperating with other South Asian nations but to ensure South Asian nations do not cooperate with India."
This has no logic to it, it is an argument for the sake of it..How can Pakistan, a member of SAARC wants to ensure South Asian nations do not cooperate with India?
The mather is; would there be a SAARC University in Pakistan where India commits to around $10 million to it, if the answer is yes than it should be a project of SAARC too, Pakistan needs it more than India does..
