The True colour is Korea has to pick the right moment to show off it's missile after China tested it aircraft carrier, in fact no chinese really care of Korea's weaponeries, it's just bit annoying and distaste: Remember that during 80's China possessed only J-7 and J8, those Kimchi flown american hi-tech machines such F-16, cobra..Chinese people never found the need to cry on anybody's shoulder or to show off that retaliatory weapon toward Korea to boost the moral.
