Why was UN formed? And then read my post.

The main purpose of it was to avoid another WW2 like conflict and bring nations together under a single umbrella where the winners of WW2 wield a veto power over General Assembly. So, the UN by itself is not a fair organization. Try Oh I See (OIC), you couldn't even gather enough support from Ummah brothers. Forget UN. What's the Purpose of Oh I see again?

Can you please Clarify the official position of Russia on Kashmir? Sometimes, its a bilateral matter, sometimes, internal.....Can you do me a favor and quote the official stance of Russian Federation which I think must be available on their foreign ministry website.

Their ambassador is a representative of the Russian federation, so I suppose that is their official position(that Kashmir is an internal matter of India) until Russia retracts that statement.

Russia has definitely upheld that position with its actions, by recently blocking a UN meeting on Kashmir.
