With all respect, the UK has had it's time and is in terminal decline.

India is twice as rich(well overall GDP anyways) and it's economy growing is growing close to 10% per annum and the UK is struggling to keep itself out of recession.

May be Russia should just tell India to get their money back - I mean its juts becoming annoying , I mean Russia wants to follow quality assurance guidelines but Pundit generals are eager to lunch the next war , Russia really has to re-evaluate things , and follow what their hearts tell them
