Africans also but especially Russian, when they got the co-ordinates of the Red Cross hospitals in Syria they used that data to target those hospitals which they were meant to be avoiding, I mean how sick

this was a deliberate and systematic targeting of injured women and children, they deliberately send in bread vans to besieged cities to get the crowds to gather then target the crowds of kids and women trying to get bread
