Russia took back Crimea so why shouldn't China take back Taiwan?

Taiwan already claims whole of china and mongolia and hong kong and macau and some russian regions in the north. They are practically chinese just not under ccp rule.

So Taiwan claim more land than mainland China. It's best if Taiwan is the legitimate government for all of China

I dont think there will be a need for any invasion. Taiwan will join one china along with macau and hong kong. Timings might be different but it will happen soon enough. It was just the politics holding people back. Every type of chinese wnt to be reunited and start global dominance. 21st century belongs to china and east asia. These people dont like wars. These people of china and east asia they have dominated the world without violence or bloodshed.
These people are the future of humanity for sometime to come now. Just as united states was or britian was once upon a time. But their methods were supression and violence chinese way is much more cunning and non violent. I think most people will prefer chinese way.

Only time will tell though if im right or dead wrong.

In 1954 Khrushev took Crimea out of Russia and gave it to Ukraine. Russia never accepted that. Russia took 60 years to take back Crimea. China claims Taiwan as a province. So why shouldn't China take back Taiwan by surrounding Taiwan and forcing Taiwan to surrender?

I don't think it's entirely correct to say there is no violence in the Chinese way. The tibet and Uighur people would disagree. It's just that the show of force is so overwhelming and secretive that people just give in. So this model may not be applicable for other cultures in the world. E.g. the Muslim world or western world will surely fight back with violence and hence wars would be inevitable. Again time will tell how this will Pan out. But your point is well taken

Irrelevant. In WW2 America lost half a million men. No way the US public would support losing 1 man over Taiwan. Taiwan has no value to America.

Well the day US dare invade NK is the day Taiwan will get invaded.
Which is why Taiwan is still known as ROC. As long as they don't declare independence, things are just hunky dory.

You must be smoking weed and you don't know Taiwanese. I have relatives and friends there and I know how they think. They don't dare and will never declare independence. There is nothing to fight for. 2-3 million Taiwanese are working/living in China, that's 10% of the population. The reality is to maintain status quo and make money.
