Exactly Russian economy is not in the best shape right now & in the BRICS group they have the most pessimistic future

Don't worry bro. Russia is still trying to punch above it's Weight. So it has chosen to invest even more on it's military(one of the only area it can show it's still a power to be reckoned with) while putting other more critical sectors of it's economy on the back burner for prestige /grandeur just like the U. S. S. R. once did. Note that Italy, U. K, france, Germany and soon (this year or next) even India have a larger GDP.and living standards (bar India) than Russia, yet spend far less on defence . I don't think all these countries are foolish IMO

Russia has abnormos big landmass. Trying to build proper infrastructure would bankrupt Russia and make it easier for enemies to conquer Russia. In fact Russia only needs to let our capitols shine and give the dumb peasants in the taiga something to be proud of, with our parades, tanks, jets and navy.

People who think Russia is finished have no clue. Putin is doing wonders for Russias future now. Russians will benefit greatly.

Your infrastructure would mostly be localized on the West side.

Indeed as a good Friend of the Russian people I hope they learn from the mistakes tgry have commuted in the past & what is even the need of spending so much on such a old bomber better focus on Pak Da

These are just dreams.They've only ordered 12 PAK FA by 2020,the Armata is still a mock up rushed into service for the gullible masses packing the Red Square while the new supercarrier is a story told to children alongside adventures in Narnia and Snow White.

Russia will not have the money in the future to build/buy all the things that are on their wishlist,oil prices are low,russia's economy isn't in good shape because of the sanctions....

TU160M is not a consumer product. Purchased in a big fleet and armed with nuclear kh55 cruise missiles, it is a force multiplier to Russian nuclear deterence force.

Pak Da is not feasible at the moment. TU160 must create the solid base doctrine for Pak Da first.

Crews, training, maintenance, modernisation programms etc.

Frankly the with the Loss of Ukrainian Shipyards I don't know how they will build such a massive ship also they had a lot of problems delivering us our carrier on time (delayed by many years)

Russia seized whole of crimea and eastern ukraine, where all industrial soviet facilities was located.

For dumb ukrops these are just industrial relicts. For Russian engineers and workers these are factories for advanced russian weapons.

True talk, Russia shouldn't focus on it's economy, nor should it invest too much in improving its infrastructure, since that will divert the money needed for Russia military industrial complex, and that's what our policy makers are waiting for when Russia gets weak by investing in it's economy, so they can use the opportunity to attack Russia . so Russia ought to focus solely on it's military, then the rest can wait , Russian military has to remain the biggest /most powerful in the world, so as to deter any western /U. S invasion.
