Dude Pakistan can buy 9 billion worth of weapons over the period of 10 years . Over 10 years 10 billion is like nothing . But the biggest thing is what would Russia offer .
And how would they offer . Eg with tot and make Pakistan self reliant . America is not going to give you anything . Besides they are very expensive.
Our amry babus are brand conscious China would do if there is no other alternatives . Russia is the only choice left .
