You are right about Africa becoming the next geo-strategic battleground. Hundreds of millions of people waiting for development and becoming introduced to globalization for the first time. Still, the focus right now should be on developing African nations before considering the geopolitical implications. Both India and China are doing a good job at that for the most part.
