True. Small targets are handled by artillery. Only big targets like buildings are demolished by cruise missiles shot from subs.

Cheaper to use nuke subs. Jets use jet fuel. And might even crash. 1 Su-30 crashed in Syria. Nuke subs shoot cruise missiles near ports and get rearmed at ports and don't need refueling.

How should I know how many times? Maybe a few hundred CMs fired. Jet attacks are more visible. Sub attacks are more stealthy.
