Tens of thousands of Muslims gathered at the Memorial Mosque on Moscow's Poklonnaya Hill, Monday, for a morning prayer to mark the start of the Islamic religious holiday "Eid al-Fitr" (also known as "Uraza Bayram"), which marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
The celebrations last for three days. Muslims will spend the time praying, visiting each other, visiting relatives' graves, and giving money to the poor.
