F-35 could be a threat to Su-35. However the upcoming A-100 and Su-57 combo can counter F-35.

Americans don't claim Russian land. They don't care about dispute between Russia and Japan. They will stay neutral.

I think it will benefit u.s as they will sell more f35 and other weapons to japan but it will cost russia to maintain military Presence in region so it is clear win for u.s

Not really. The idea of Japan invading Iturup island the way Argentina invaded Falkland islands is rather small due to Japan's rapidly aging population.
