Its not true at all. By international law and contract between Turkey and Russia, Turkey can join into the war in case of Armenia attack Nakhchivan. Thats the reason that Armenia never attacked Nakhchivan or may be their Russian masters didnt let them to do.

You missed the point, that $300 million is for TODAY, Turkey borrowed 5 billion from China in less than a year, we've been very generous to you guys. History is written by our ancestors, we did so many things that you cannot change it. Just go and see that the creator of Safavids were Azerbaijani, Shah Ismail Xetai and he was the first one who made Turkish language main language. But, Syria war show that its super easy to change the history on your side of the world.. one day against Iran, another day with Iran, one day threatening Turkey to leave, After Turkey said they will not they became "brother" with Turkey. on my end, its a shame position, thats why i say you are the last one to talk here..
