Rohingya Muslims: When will the Suffering End?

May Allah (swt) save our bothers and sisters in Burma, shelter them and protect them in this wild world that we live in.

Maybe you are right because there are muslims belonging to other ethnicities living in Burma without a problem. Probably it's similar to Sri lanka where Malay muslims are integrated to the society more than Wahabi influenced Moors.

Two different matters aren't they?

The Rohingyas are unwanted because the Arakanese do not want them for reasons known to themselves (they are very poor).

There are many problems of insurgencies in Myanmar. Another factor in this crisis. Those militant groups in the region have been creating many problems.

What's wrong if they r accommodated in syrian refugee camps? It better than letting them die in the sea. As for western bigots, should muslims even bother abt what they think? West or the international community will always have problem with muslims.

Before trying to piss somebody off about having a 'problem', be sure that you don't need them

I honestly don't care what the West think over these matters. Their mistake is that they tend to make the world as they like it to be, not take it as it is. One has to be able to walk first before learning to run. Their empathy over the Rohingya is meaningless.

And, I didn't say that they will have to die at refugee camps in Syria. The talk that somebody is doing something is good news. But then, the result may not be what 'civilized' people would want it to be. We all have our little dreams.

Facts speak for themselves. ISIS gave assad a shot in the arm just when he needed it the most. There r 100s of Mujahideen groups fighting for a just cause in syria and ISIS bigots pales in comparison if not for the western media hyperbole.

It's the West who are supporting the FSA.

What may be those results? They will join "extremist" groups? Whatever you r alluding to , is it worse than whatever they r currently going through?

Btw do u seriously buy the western narrative of islamic "extremism" . Its ordinary syrians who r fighting against a western approved and Iranian/russian backed filthy secular dictator. Similarly if rohingya take up arms it would be ordinary rohingyas who lost his mother, father, brother, sister or a child to decades of oppression by burmese monkeys. And what's wrong if rohingya attract some attention by doing so?

It's the West who are supporting the FSA.

Its turkey & KSA along with qatar who r the main players backing the rebels (FSA is NOT the only rebel group). USA is still bickering abt "moderate secular" rebels. Apparently even FSA is not moderate enough in their view. SO they r nitpicking now.

Our Government has become ball-less and are trying their best to make our military like that. In the days of Zia or Ershad Burma didn't dare to do to the Rohinyas what they are doing now.
