i think major reason is not economic growth but inflation and rupee devaluation due to which domestic consumption has decreased and it also shows a risk of undernourishment of our poor class due to lower spending on food

Pakistanis don't consume much rice at best once or twice in a month
Pakistan exports most of it's rice produce

less consumption should be substituted by rise in other food consumption to maintain decrease risk of undernourishment, from my personal experience food consumption has decreased much this year as prices are much higher

It has nothing to do with consumption and Pakistanis are consuming a lot of carbohydrates that's why most of the people have bellies staple food of Pakistan is wheat rice is for export

you are taking about rich people, poor public is underconsuming food and ik has also said this in his first address after becoming p.m that many children fail to achieve proper growth of their brains and body due to malnourishment

You right but they are over consuming carbohydrates
there isn't any scarcity of wheat or rice in Pakistan but meat consumption is low

well if any thought gone in to it you should have understood that due to the devaluation of the rupees, the export should have gone down in dollar's value terms. But it has increased in dollars, therefore, it is understood that not only the export in dollars have gone up but also quantity.
What you say is true for imports. Even less quantity of imports would be costing more because of rupees decline.

I have said there are two factors inflation and devaluation. Inflation decreases domestic consumption and hence export increase also devaluation attracts new markets to buy your products and some rise in dollars term may occurs

Iran made the difference. So as to prepare itself in case there was a war they piled up stocks and bought quantity.

Another factor was that because of an extraordinarily huge devaluation Pakistan rice worked out cheaper than its rival India making buyers turn to Pakistan.

Pakistan rice was always better in quality than India. Even I've heard news that Pakistani rice was being packaged and branded as Indian produce in UAE and then re-exported to EU, US etc. I hope something has been done regards to this practice
