Retirement age for politicians

I'm proposing a new policy, which is defining a retirement age for politicians, in similar manner as a person would retire from any other job.
I propose it should be 62 years, but if a person have history of serving govt. institution than he should be allowed 1 year extra for every 10 years of govt. service.

Politician's job is to eat free meal at expense of poor people.
Let it be as small as possible.
Imagine Murad Saeed will start taking salary as a politician from now untill he's 70... that's lots of money for NOTHING.

I remember from my Pakistan Studies classes Ghulam Muhammad (3rd Governor General) of Pakistan was wheel chair ridden, paralysed and was not leaving his position..

Eventually he was removed forcefully...

or perhaps there should be a fix sum what can be paid to an individual for being a politician. After that certain amount has reached, all of their perks and salary must be stopped.

for the moment the pay scale is for level of stupidity in politicians---which is often proportionate to the level of voter who elected the candidate--

Running the country should not be entrusted to feeble people about to join a retirement house. I found it not normal that in some countries, people get their political or public service debuts in late fifties and later.

But yes, 60 should be the hard line.
