BD high court has ruled that Biharis can take up Bangladeshi citizenship if they so choose. Only stipulation is that they can not remain within the camp which is run by UN. Many have accepted the offer and are established. The rest languish in this limbo. There is nothing much else that BD can do.

To the guy who says BD will stop these people from moving to PK..... No the government will not object neither will anyone else in BD.

Odd that negotiating power on kashmir was given up for other ethnicities but these people were abandoned.. who ironically formed the major vote for Pakistan during Independence.
