Agreed. It's time that Pakistan also established "Gandhara Legion" made up of say 6,000 men to begin with. It should be light infantry force similiar to French Foreign Legion that enlists Muslims from Afghanistan, Central Asia and West Asia. 5 years of unblemished service is rewarded with Pak citizenship. Any men injured on combat duty also fast tracked citizenship. This way Pak get's a good combat unit and could have been used in Yemen to please Saudi's and also mainstream the Afghan community in Pakistan.

If the French can get Blacks, Muslims, Arabs, Filipinos etc and turn them into elite fighting unit why can't Pakistan?

I dont think they are fool enough to do bank transaction for money trails. Those transactions will happen in cash and then many reach into final users account.

What this would do is monetize banks with more funds, which can be used to provide loans to capital industries and in long term improve upon reserves.

On the other hand this is more like including afgans into mainstream, once they have business accounts and banking establish they are more rooted and accepted in the societal and business framework. Moving them back to Afghanistan would be more difficult.
