Soon to be verified by better news agencies than myself:

1. He was CIA
2. He was in contacts with TTP and LeJ
3. The plan was to leak out enough nuclear material to TTP/LeJ to make the entire world piss in their pants, but hopefully restrict TTP/LeJ from actually creating a device.
4. Blame Pakistan, take the nukes out in an overt strike on our facilities or even force our own government to throw in the towel on nukes.

Its not proven right now... But will be.

BTW, Nothing left to prove. Pakistan should not permit drone attacks, all US activities against terrorism look like colours & bubbles.

Their dirty eyes are fixed on our facilities, i still believe that all attacks & blasts in 2009 & 2010 are planned by these Rambo type TECHNICAL STAFF.
Why US & EU countries denied to provide Civil nuclear technology for Pakistan? Because plan already was considered & under process to get control over Pakistan nuclear sites & playing drama like 9/11 to ensure their policy.

FOr me its not about him being released, but what exactly was his mission here. I dont give a damn about him, hanging him wont solve our problems but atleast his stupidity is providing us with an oppritunity to find out what people like him are actually doning in my country and how complicit our gov is in prOviding them cover. Well the chief seems to be performing services outside his given criteria.

Even Pakistan's spies say they had no idea what Davis was doing in Lahore.

A senior intelligence source told The Daily Telegraph he was unknown to Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence directorate and was operating outside the normal agreements between the two countries.

Why and HOW was he gatheing information about drones being operrated 100s of miles away while he was sitting in lahore? My understanding is that drones are being operated in northern areas (FATA) of Pakistan. How can he be in lahore and gateing information about drones from here. Its totally beyound me. More lies, a dodgy explaination of his mission objective as far as im concerned.

I dont consider myself brain washed, you have to look at yourself first I read all the details on the subject. When terrorist groups who drove planes into the trade centers and pentagon hide out in Pakistan, your dam well sure I support this guys actions in killing them were they hide, Pakistan.

Hammy007, I will not curse Raymond Davis. I support him with every other American behind him. We dont leave a man behind. How can you talk about two innocent Pakistanies with nothing has been proven? Has the court reached a verdict? No. Davis claims to be acting in self defense agasint the two ISI agents. Little weird that they were following Davis for two hours and were armed. Not so innocent ISI agents eh?

I will stay on topic and not get too far off my original post and say that he will be released into American custody where he can go back to his family and loved ones and live a typical American retirement sipping margaritas on the beach.

coming back to the topic.. the way this CIA agent killed people in broad day light means he was very much used to such a thing in Pakistan and only last time he got caught

I am sure he must have murdered more people in Pakistan in cold blood before.
. Robbers cant rob you while running away from you and I have never heard of self defence where the supposed victim shoots the alleged attacker in the back.

This is what I think personally

there is always a possibility that it was actually him who was chasing those shot them in the back from inside his car
they fell down mortally wounded
got out
walked to them and finished them off on the road
hardly a case of self defence

The sudden emergence of the "supposed support land cruiser is also suspicious. How could a vehicle arrive on the scene within 5 mins of his call? in the busy time in Lahore city? Only possibility is that it was near by.
According to BBC Q & A. this Davis guy was actually protecting the contents and passengers of that vehicle and was in protective mod that meant the death of 2 people by him and the third by the vehicle when it fled the scene.

Remember, real life is not like in the movies where the shootouts push the speed limits of the car with big explosions, believe it or not there happens to be a way to avoid such a robbery and training goes along with it.

The two men were armed, could it be the two ISI agents were about to pull their guns while the American was ready for a stand off as he knew his life was in danger and fired first?

The agents were tailing Davis for two hours, you dont speed up when shooting, your accuracy is diminished, you slow down and manuever

Common sense points one in that direction
