YES and RAW was behind recent heat waves in Karachi that killed hundreds of people. RAW was also behind massive blackouts and shortages of water Pakistanis are facing in the holy month of Ramadan. Blame RAW for everything bad in Pakistan and get yourself credit for everything good.
