That was the most stupid thing he said about the Farsi. Non of my elders or their forefathers spoke Farsi during British Raj.

Sometimes he goes overboard trying to please his hosts. He needs to understand, he is representing the office of the prime minister of Pakistan, and Pakistaniyat and our identity, our culture and most importantly, our civilization should not be put down in any shape of form. He must understand, that we are the most ancient lot , we don't owe anything to anyone.
