You or I can see things in their proper perspectives but not the sitting ministers. They need some bribe money and even if no big projects built they want to take credit for dreaming to make their country develop.
High speed/Bullet train in a country where even virtually not a single km of the line has been double-tracked or electrified. Is the benevolent minister of Golden Bangladesh wants to run the bullet trains by steam locomotives? Even the country cannot build its own train cars and locomotives but some people claim we are the best brain in Asia.
