Here , any Afghan can come and do whatever they like(terrorism, rape ,extortion and etc).

I do not care about people and their religious beliefs.
PPP and MQM had their target killers sent for training in Iran, Thailand, South Africa and Thailand. They only have on thing in common and its not the Shia faith but Indian funding.
