According of last news , a direct order from Vladimir Puttin is suspending S-300 Air Defence System delivery to Iran ...
Anonymous sources are saying that Puttin did this because Iran didn't honored his agreement to not give Russians System to Hezbullah . they are claiming that Iran gave her own SA-22 System ( aka Pantsir System ) to Hezbullah and this dishonesty is the reason that President Puttin decide to punishing Iran by suspending S300 delivery to Iran ...

نشریه کویتی «الجریده» مدعی شده که ولادیمیر پوتین رئیس جمهور روسیه دستوری صادر کرده که بر اساس آن ارسال سیستم دفاع ضد موشکی اس 300 به ایران متوقف شود.

به گزارش «تابناک» این نشریه کویتی مدعی شده، ایران پیشتر به روسیه قول داده بود که تجهیزات پیشرفته نظامی را که از روسیه دریافت می‌کند، در اختیار حزب الله لبنان قرار ندهد؛ اما ایران به این قول خود پایبند نبوده و موشک‌های زمین به هوای اس‌ای ۲۲ را که از روسیه خریداری کرده، در اختیار حزب الله لبنان قرار داده است و ولادیمیر پوتین در واکنش به این نقض عهد ایران، ارسال تجهیزات سیستم دفاع ضد موشکی به ایران را متوقف کرده است.

یک منبع آگاه به روزنامه الجریده گفته است، پس از اینکه مقامات اطلاعاتی رژیم اسرائیل اطلاعات در اختیار گذاشتن تجهیزات پیشرفته روسی از طرف ایران به حزب الله را در اختیار مقامات کرملین گذاشته‌اند، پوتین دستور تنبیه ایران را صادر کرده است. بنا بر این گزارش، این سیستم دفاع موشکی در مناطقی از لبنان که حزب الله در آنجا حضور دارد، مستقر شده است.

منابع رژیم صهیونیستی بر این باورند که این سیستم دفاع موشکی، امنیت جنگنده‌های آنان را که آزادانه در آسمان لبنان پرواز می‌کنند، به خطر خواهد انداخت. برخی دیگر هم در آوریل سال گذشته گزارش دادند، جنگنده‌های اسرائیلی به پایگاه دفاعی ضد موشکی حزب الله که مجهز به سیستم اس‌ای ۲۲ بوده حمله کرده است.

الجریده البته به این بسنده نکرده و گزارش داده است، روسیه در مسأله سوریه هم با ایران اختلاف نظر پیدا کرده و ایران گفته که نیروهایش را از سوریه بیرون بکشد.

این نشریه همچنین مدعی شده که مقامات روسیه به ایرانیان گفته اند، در مسأله سوریه با ایران اتفاق نظر ندارند و برای پیدا شدن راه حلی سیاسی که بتواند بحران پنج ساله سوریه را به پایان برساند، نیروهای ایرانی باید از سوریه خارج شوند.

گفتنی است، قرارداد خرید سیستم دفاع ضد موشکی اس 300 از روسیه چندین سال است که بین ایران و روسیه منعقد شده است. در سال 2010 در زمان ریاست جمهوری مدودف در روسیه، وی به بهانه قطعنامه شورای امنیت و تحریم فروش سلاح به ایران، فروش این تجهیزات به ایران را به حالت تعلیق درآورد و متعاقبا ایران از روسیه در نهادهای بین المللی شکایت کرد.

پس از شکایت ایران، روس ها خواستار این شدند که به جای پرداخت اصل پول دریافتی از ایران، سود آن و همچنین جریمه فسخ یک طرفه قرارداد، ایران محصولات روسی بخرد که در همان زمان، این درخواست با انتقاد رسانه ها و افکار عمومی ایرانیان مواجه شد.

پس از توافق ایران و کشورهای ۱+ ۵ و ایران، ولادیمیر پوتین اعلام کرد که روسیه ارسال سیستم اس ۳۰۰ را به ایران از سر خواهد گرفت و در دیدارهایی که بین مقامات دو کشور انجام شد، ترتیبات و توافقات اجرایی شدن این معامله مورد تأیید طرفین قرار گرفت و طرفین از خبرهای خوش در این باره سخن گفتند؛ اما عملا هیچ اتفاقی نیفتاد و ایران همچنان منتظر دریافت این سیستم دفاعی از سوی شریک نامطمئن خود ماند.

حال اگر خبر نشریه کویتی درست باشد، باید گفت، برگ زرین دیگری بر پرونده بدگمانی تاریخی ایرانیان بر روس‌ها افزوده شده است؛ بدبینی که هیچگاه طرف روسی حتی نیازی احساس نکرده که برای رفع آن نزد ایرانیان تلاش بکند.

The most funny part of Russians claim is that Iran never bought Pantsir System from them ; we order 10 of these Systerm in 2010 but till today , they didn't give us anything ...

this news mean that there won't be any Su-30 and T90 and frigate deal ( at least if our officials learn from past and do not insist to repeat mistake of past again and again and again )

But the report seems a bit off

Maybe they meant the SA-24 Igla MANPADS because Iran hasn't received any SA-22's
Iran produces it's own MANPADS so need to give them Russian MANPADS

And even if Iran had SA-22's and had given Hezbullah SA-22's it would be idiotic for Hezbullah to deploy it in Syria and risk losing it to a cheap RPG in an area where there is no areal threat to them....

BUT I do believe the Russian would use the smallest excuse to not honer their deal because till now they have proven that they can not be trusted!

Iran orders MiG-29's the US pressures them and they turn around and sell Iran's MiG-29's to the US! Now they are probably going to sell Iran's S-300's to Israel or Saudi Arabia!
