The only way Turkey can stop Russian ships sailing on Bosporous strait which is international sea is war with Russia and sink Russian ships.

NATO or not, unless they build a wall on Bosphrous strait, they can't stop Russian ships sailing on Bosphrous strait. Sea belongs to fish, not to humans. The same is true of rivers and lakes.
