Russia makes as many Searcher Mk 2 as they want. It's called TOT transfer of technology. However these days most Forpost drones have been replaced by Kalashnikov's Zala drones which are suitcase transported and don't require runway and much quieter because battery powered.

until and unless Syrian military is built based on MERIT and PROFESSIONAL training, it will continue to be a poorly trained and corrupt military...if mister Assad continues to kill talent just because he feels threatened by talented officers and pushes brown nosers into high positions then it doesn't matter what type of latest equipment they purchase, they won't be able to hold up a candle even to a bunch of boy scouts!
