That's really interesting info buddy. Can you post a photo of that motorcycle safety rod please? Tons of such accidents in India as well. Deaths too.

One is this:

Another one is a simple bendable rod that goes from front wheel to the back one over the rider, something like this (i could not find a picture).

Both these will make sure the dor is pushed above the head of rider!
This second one cost 40 Rs.

Allow it only if government give guarantee that we will not lose a single life because of Basant otherwise not worth it.. imagine will you approve basant if you are victim of it.. put yourself in shoes of others..i used to do kite flying myself during teenage ..i remember we friends were flying kites on our roof with full loud music and screaming and we realized later that there was sick man on death bed next to our neighborhood...i gave up kite flying after this incident..our fun might be trouble for others which is something we dont realize in Pakistan
