PTI operating 18 undeclared bank accounts: SBP report

Now if thats not true or fake reporting, then ask PTI’s central finance secretary Azhar Tariq to take Dawn into court for misquoting him. simple na.

There are so many news groups operating in Pakistan. Why only Dawn / Geo that gets caught up in fake news. Is it because they are supporters of your Ganja Party?

The SBP officials termed the report as baseless.

In a clarification statement, the SBP said that the banks provide the details to the ECP themselves.

Every bank is bound to give the desired details to the ECP, SBP officials said.

THE BANKS ARE RESPONSIBLE (BOUND) to give the desired details to ECP...If anyone is "HIDING" anything it cant be hidden coz banks have to provide it to ECP!

If there are some said accounts....then those provincial offices can be searched....Take your court order and sort it out! If it has been submitted to ECP, ECP knows about it and is doing nothing, whose fault is it?

Pti took multiple times case to high courts in order to stop ecp from hearing the case.
Pti wasted a lot of time by dragging matter in the court, again and again, by changing counsel multiple times etc.
Just research this case, and you will find Pti using all tactics, in order to get away from this case.

EVEN if they are operational or not ....ECP knows about it as SBP claimed it is bound to tell about all accounts....So basically, your cry should be ECP isnt doing its work...Right?

Ask SBP...they were aware of these and have declared these accounts...BTW, if ECP didnt take action, it might be time for you to think: why didnt NS reform ECP? Why didnt NS and co take these accounts to court? After all they were operational during their tenure...They were declared by SBP...so the onus of the burden lies on whoever was interested in it...So NS and co. wasnt interested in "corruption" as long as they were in power? So this is the kind of blind leadership you like?

This is precisely why I was cautious about this news, PEMRA should issue show cause notice to Dawn media group for publishing fake news.

Dawn should have cross checked and verified the news before publishing, seems if someone is hell bent on creating problems for GOP so the opposition snakes can have thier corruption cases dropped.

Everyday we hear mods saying that quality of forum needs to be improved, the first thing you can do is banning posters that spread fake news and propaganda. Other Pakistani forums that I visit come very hard on this sort of thing.
