Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Tuesday challenged the government to an audit of the assets and taxes paid by the leadership of PTI and ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).

Addressing a press conference, PTI leader Asad Umar challenged the government to hold a “transparent audit of the assets details” of Federal Finance Minister Senator Ishaq Dar and PTI Chairman Imran Khan and their families.

“I am also ready for a transparent audit of my assets as well as the assets of my family,” said the PTI leader.

Responding to Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rashid’s allegations against Khan’s of tax evasion, Asad said the PTI chief earns money by “writing articles and delivering lectures”, adding that “Khan brings his foreign-earned money back to Pakistan”.

The PTI leader also “thanked” the information minister for “taking up the important matter of tax evasion”.

Denying allegations of default on payment to DJ Butt, Asad, “People of Pakistan donate money to PTI to conduct party events,” adding that the party has the audit report of “all its expenses”.

Earlier in the day, Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage Senator Pervaiz Rashid urged PTI leader Asad to explain the PTI chief’s “foreign services”. He alleged that around 80 per cent legislators of PTI were tax-evaders and “evidence about tax-evasion by PTI parliamentarians has already been presented.”

Arresting Imran will only bring more sympathizers. And Nawaz won't be resigning as your supreme leader is now asking for election audit to back down from his plan C. He's no more asking "Nawaz must resign"

There will be some sort of audit, but Nawaz will not resign. Imran is now in a weak spot. Inflation has decreased, oil prices dropping, rupee quite stable, Nawaz not letting gas price hike. Just really bad timing for Imran for his dharna.

This will end when someone will kick Nawaz Sharif a^^. He is no democratic, he has no values.

Raheel Sharif is coming back from Washington after two plus weeks. He was admired there. Since military always needs a nod from Washington to act, it soon might.

No matter what Imran does, Nawaz is a beghairat and will only go when booted out.

Now why didn't information minister replied to Asad Umer. Now where are those patwaris who says that IK doesn't pay tax. Your patwari leaders doesn't pay tax and IK do pay tax. If some one still can't understand it than he did proved that he was born as a moron.
