The question is why? by whom? and was it a similar percentage as to other constituencies? what is the acceptable normal ratio of extra votes? and if they are above a certain standard threshold then the fairness of elections must be seen with skepticism. Be it asad umar, be it hamza shahbaz's halqa.... let ecp explain why did they do a shitty job last time and let bio metric system be introduced. When a bunch of private companies can bio metric for 10 crore sims why can't the state of Pakistan do the same.
