and that pretty much proves their competence level and understanding in regard to Surgical Strikes. I am sure, guys across the border have somehow read the wrong definition or kind of meme about surgical strike.... Violation of ceasefire, sub being detected or airspace violation; are the best possible understanding for Indians to believe that as surgical strikes.

But Pakistan needs to take this threat seriously and take the war to them.

Threat is always taken seriously as India is 24/7 ticking bomb for the neighbors. However, that doesn't means a frustrated attack. However, the article name should have been "preparing for another border violation to claim surgical strike".
