British Muslima have no beef against The Government..We are never stopped from practicing our religion..Why should anybody attack London on religious grounds? London has a large Muslim population who are free to Practice Islam and until now we dont have French stupid laws of head scarf ban..Then the french say women should be free to make choices..I can only laugh at the frog eaters..

London will be attacked by local bigots not foreigners. There are plenty of them in UK.

True but its also important to note that london has a higher possibility of the attack being a "lone-wolf" attack rather than an actual taleban/alqaeda attack. But what I don't understand is, why are some of this known alleged mollahs not being arrested and questioned. Its true the muslim population in UK has relatively remained unharmed, but the recent uprise on the far right groups such as edl and bnp is causing tension and uncomfortableness among muslim societies.
I kind of blame the govt on this one. They have let the uneducated and illiterate mollahs infiltrate schools where they teach hatred against non muslims. The rise of more far right groups will cause young, illiterate muslims to feel more pressurised and insecure. So technically it is the job of the govt. lol

You cant just jail somebody for having a view. Mullahs are religious and community leaders hence they have certain respect.
You need specific evidence of their wrongdoings. How will you charge them?
Also, as you said, any educated muslim young man can turn into terrorist for any reason he wants, govt cant spy everybody.
In addition to that, the current govt simply does not have enough budget for anti terror intelligence, hence the heightened fear.
