And sipahis chosed an easier option joining police after matric instead of studying further is easy

Such a stupid argument. Officers are compensated in Pay and benefits for their education. When it comes to doing the actual job, everyone should be properly equipped. Neither cold nor bullet differentiate b/w officer and a soldier.
