Yes. As an exchange. China provides weapons to Russia. Russia returned Stanovoy Range and Sakhalin Island to China. And allow China to take back Outer Mongolia.

Yes or no?

China can take Mongolia but Sakhalin is out of the question. It has too many Russian inhabitants on it. Half a million. Besides, Sakhalin was originally Russian land that was invaded by Manchus in the 1700s which Qing returned to Russia to improve relations in the 1800s.

Oh. So unfortunately. China cannot provide free weapons to Russia.

They shouldn't be adding fuel to fire but pushing for a peaceful settlement.
Even Russia's ally India does not help Russia.😂

China will arm Russia if NATO goes down the anti-China path and start treating China as an enemy. Also, China cannot allow a destabilized Russia.

Also, China will never allow its neighbor's territorial integrity to be violated. China defended North Korea and Vietnam from US invasion.

No, we're a neutral country and we'll honor the Neutrality Act.

We act only for our principles and ideas, not for anything else.

Sakhalin no but if China wants China can have Iturup, Kunashir, Shikotan, Habomai which make up the South Kurils which Japan want to have. China can build military bases on those.

In exchange for South Kurils, China produce 10 billion rounds of HJ-12 missiles and 100 million associated launchers for Russia plus tech transfer of all future Chinese anti tank missiles and asscoiated launchers.

I think such a barter is fair.
